AG1 is seeking a Director, Paid Media on a 4-month contract basis covering a planned leave of absence. Reports to the VP, Acquisition and Paid Media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Search, Shopping, Pmax, Demand Gen, and AppLovin
- Optimize budgets using attribution models, MTA, MMM, and incrementality analysis
- Drive conversion rate improvements through landing page testing and platform experiments
- Collaborate with creative strategy teams on direct response advertising
- Explore emerging technologies and channels
- Build partnerships with agencies and vendors
- Establish performance benchmarks and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead and mentor team members
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution
- Large-scale budget management expertise across search, social, shopping, and programmatic
- Direct response creative strategy expertise
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Leadership and team management experience
