CookUnity operates across the US and Canada delivering chef-crafted meals at scale. Role Overview The Director of Brand Growth will own and drive CookUnity's brand growth strategy, leading initiatives that expand brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth across channels. This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of brand marketing, performance, and growth strategy. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive CookUnity's brand growth strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels. - Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns that build brand equity and drive acquisition. - Define and track KPIs for brand health, awareness, and marketing-attributed revenue. - Manage significant marketing budgets with accountability for ROI across brand investment. - Partner with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and channel strategy. - Develop go-to-market plans for new products, markets, and brand initiatives. - Build and lead a high-performing brand and growth marketing team. - Report on brand performance and growth metrics to senior leadership. Required Qualifications - 8+ years of brand marketing and/or growth marketing experience. - Proven track record of scaling consumer brands through integrated marketing strategies. - Experience managing large budgets with demonstrated ROI accountability. - Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience in DTC, subscription, or food/CPG categories preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
