Director of Growth Marketing -
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Growth Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in eCommerce and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing digital growth strategies. This role will be responsible for driving online revenue by optimizing the performance of our digital channels, including our eCommerce platform, while increasing qualified traffic, improving conversion, and deepening customer engagement.
The Director of Growth Marketing will play a key role in advancing Big Bold Health’s mission to transform immune health through science-backed nutrition. This includes translating complex, research-driven benefits into compelling digital experiences that resonate with health-conscious consumers.

What You Will Be Doing -- Partner with the COO to develop and execute digital growth strategies that drive qualified traffic, increase revenue, and support our mission to advance immune health through nutrition
Oversee day-to-day performance of Big Bold Health’s eCommerce platforms, ensuring product integrity, accurate representation of science-backed benefits, and a seamless high-converting customer experience
Provide strategy and oversee ongoing testing and optimization initiatives (A/B testing, pricing strategy, product bundling) to improve conversion rates, increase average order value, and enhance the overall customer journey
Provide strategy and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including website, email, social, paid media, and affiliate partnerships, to drive customer acquisition and retention
Lead cross-functionally to translate complex scientific and nutritional insights into clear, compelling digital messaging that resonates with health-conscious consumers
Provide oversight of customer behavior and campaign performance to identify trends, optimize funnel performance, and uncover opportunities for sustainable growth
Present performance insights, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities to executive leadership and the board
Oversee continuous website performance, usability, and speed to deliver a best-in-class digital experience aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
Manage relationships with external partners (developers, designers, agencies, and technology platforms) to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with business objectives
Stay current on eCommerce, digital marketing, and wellness industry trends, bringing forward recommendations that support innovation, education, and long-term customer value
Manage and mentor the Ecommerce Manager, providing strategic direction, performance oversight, and ongoing development support
What It Takes / Requirements -- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, growth marketing or a related digital performance role
CPG experience required
Experience in the supplements or food and beverage industry preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong working knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), with experience managing and optimizing direct-to-consumer (DTC) customer journeys
Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven growth strategies across key digital channels, including paid media, email, and on-site optimization
Experience translating complex or science-based products into clear, compelling consumer messaging that builds trust and drives conversion
Experience in developing and implementing online sales strategies and digital marketing campaigns
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel), with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that improve performance
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a mission-driven, high-integrity brand
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Curiosity and passion for health, wellness and longevity
Experience leveraging AI and marketing technology tools to improve efficiency, testing velocity, and campaign performance
Experience building and managing a team
Big Bold Health offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The base salary for this role starts at $100,000 with a bonus potential. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, and qualifications.
