What You'll Be Responsible For Prysm is building financial infrastructure for creative freelancers, and growth is the function that connects the product to the people who need it most. The decisions you make here matter — to the company, to the roadmap, and to the community we're building for.- Converting waitlist interest into paying users at launch Growing and activating a community of photographers and creative freelancers Identifying and testing acquisition channels that fit the brand Owning the metrics that tell us what's working Collaborating directly with the founder on positioning and messagingYou are not executing someone else's playbook. You are writing it.
