We're a boutique creative marketing agency working with premium lifestyle brands, retailers, and design-forward clients. Our work spans both B2B and B2C initiatives—from industry-facing events and partnership programs to consumer activations, media experiences, and thoughtfully curated brand moments. THE ROLE This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to bring an event, activation, or campaign to life—from initial planning through to polished execution. Working closely with the President and internal team, you'll lead the development and execution of experiential initiatives, integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and client programs across the agency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing creative thinking with strong organization and execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Event Planning & Execution • Lead the planning and execution of events, activations, launches, and experiential campaigns • Develop timelines, run-of-show documents, production schedules, and briefing materials • Coordinate vendors, venues, suppliers, logistics, and on-site execution • Manage event budgets and post-event reporting • Ensure all experiences reflect a polished, premium brand standard Experiential Marketing & Campaign Support • Support the development of creative event concepts and branded experiences • Coordinate activations, partnership initiatives, gifting programs, and VIP experiences • Collaborate with PR, social media, digital marketing, and creative teams on integrated campaigns • Support event-related content coordination, including photo/video capture and influencer engagement Client & Team Coordination • Participate in client meetings and provide event and campaign updates • Prepare presentations, timelines, reports, and recaps • Maintain strong communication across internal teams, vendors, and partners • Help keep projects organized, proactive, and moving forward efficiently • Support pitch development and agency growth initiatives where appropriate ROLE REQUIREMENTS Must Haves • 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, activations, PR, or agency account management • Proven experience managing events and activations from concept through execution • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and integrated campaigns • Experience working directly with clients in an agency or professional services environment • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset • Composed, polished, and client-ready on-site presence • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable with occasional evening and weekend event execution, with time-in-lieu provided • Valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle, for travel to event sites and venues and occasionally transporting materials Nice to Have • Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, retail, or design-focused brands • Understanding of social media and content coordination • Experience supporting influencer partnerships, gifting initiatives, or brand collaborations • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies WHY JOIN US At smitten, no two days are the same. range of live, virtual, and experiential events—bringing brands to life through thoughtfully executed experiences and high-impact moments.
